Changement suite à un rappel de produit
Aucun problème sur l'intervention technique, réalisée très rapidement... mais je reste extrêmement déçu de ne pas avoir pu récupérer l'ancienne fourche qui aurait été jetée sans même attendre l'avis du client ! Malgré plusieurs demandes de restitution, toujours rien, même pas de nouvelle du responsable d'atelier à qui mon mécontentement aurait été transmis ! Cerise sur le gâteau : le technicien a eu le culot de me rendre la chambre à air éclatée (alors qu'on se permet de jeter une fourche !) De plus, le prix de l'intervention me paraît excessif (ajouté au prix de la fourche...)
Il s'agissait juste d'un changement de câble et non pas de la fourche. Très bonne prestation et pris en charge par la garantie.
