Size up well for coverage, material gives good impact protection. However, poor sizing and quality on the velcro straps mean personally at 1m82 they're painfully tight to try and do up and anything more than a 3 min round leaves you with numb calves.
Tried going up a size but that just makes the shin pad part sit too high.
