What is the charging power?
The USB port provides 5 V, according to the US protocol, to be more accurate, it can vary between 4.75 and 5.25 V. Regarding the intensity provided, which will depend on the exhibition of the panel, the ampérage can ride up to a maximum of 2 A.

Connectivity
1 standard USB ports compatible with all USB Type A cables. Due to the variable power of the sun, use with a smartphone is not advised if the panel is set up on a backpack or the sun is not steady. Smartphones have a safety feature that prevents them from charging is the power is not stable. In such situations, connect an external charger between the phone and the panel.

Even with a hot sun and not a cloud in the sky it shows that its slow change and tried to plug charger into it and phone to that like it says to ,not a thing .not good had no phone most of my trip which made it hard with young kids with me .
Took to a festival..charged 2 X phones and rechargeable mattress pump in full sun. Be aware that if it's cloudy your items may actually lose charge trying to work with fluctuating sunlight. A bit bulky to tuck into a backpack but good for using on site. The pocket is big enough to tuck in a phone saves it dangling .
I've had mine for a few years, powerful enough to keep my phone and camera charged for 3 weeks whilst backpacking/ wildcamping in Scotland in May. I had it strapped to the top of my rucksack. Use it to charge a powerbank, rather than to charge a phone directly - phones struggle to cope with the varying output of a solar panel. Although it's rated at 10 watts, I'd be surprised if you can achieve that sort of performance in all but the strongest UK sunshine.
