What is the difference between each tape colour?
Kinesiology tape comes in 4 different colours: blue, black, pink, and beige. They are all as effective. The only difference is the colour!

I think I've had stronger tape but it is helping with my knee problem
I’ve been using different brands of tape, this is fair to me as I tend to use one day only. When tapes contact with water, it would peel off, but when they dried, they would stick again. And those tape got pills so quick. They are not too sticky, so I don’t feel hurt when taking them off.
