How to use the massage cream

This cream is designed for after-sport use, to accompany a long massage (5 minutes per muscle group) that'll help relax your muscles, promote recovery and alleviate muscle tension. The cream turns into oil when applied. Apply 1 or 2 dabs per muscle group to massage.You can massage yourself just after your outing, in the evening or even on the following day.
